These jurisdictions do not cooperate with EU Member States in tax matters. The list is updated twice a year, at the beginning of spring and in the middle of autumn.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00aded;\"><em>We would like to provide you with our regular update to the latest tax development.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The current list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes includes 10 countries and territories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>American Samoa<\/li>\n<li>Anguilla<\/li>\n<li>Guam<\/li>\n<li>Palau<\/li>\n<li>Panama<\/li>\n<li>Russia<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turks a&nbsp;Caicos Islands<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>S. Virgin Island<\/li>\n<li>Vanuatu<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vietnam<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Turks and Caicos Islands were added to the so-called <strong>Black List<\/strong> due to the support of offshore structures. Vietnam was added due to insufficient exchange of information in the area of DAC4 \/ CbCR.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the following countries were removed from the list following a reassessment and amendments to their tax legislation:<\/p>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-color: #000000;\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #e6e6e6; width: 226px;\" width=\"226\">Fiji<\/td>\n<td width=\"366\">Signed an agreement on administrative cooperation and the elimination of harmful tax regimes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #e6e6e6; width: 226px;\" width=\"226\">Samoa<\/td>\n<td width=\"366\">Abolished its preferential offshore regime<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"background-color: #e6e6e6; width: 226px;\" width=\"226\">Trinidad a&nbsp;Tobago<\/td>\n<td width=\"366\">Improved the automatic exchange of information in accordance with OECD standards<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The so-called <strong>Grey<\/strong> <strong>List<\/strong> continues to include countries such as Belize, the British Virgin Islands, Brunei Darussalam, Eswatini, Greenland, Jordan, Montenegro, Morocco, and Turkey. These jurisdictions remain subject to a detailed review of their tax regimes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #00aded;\"><em>The next revision of the list of non-cooperative jurisdictions is scheduled
