Consulting company HEXECO, s.r.o. began to provide consulting services in the field of telecommunication and IT services as one of the first companies in Slovakia. Primarily from the economic point of view. The customer often feels like he does not even know what he is paying for. Routinely, he gets a business agent (“advisor”) from the operator whose services he uses, nevertheless he still feels like he does not know what he is paying for.
It is important to say that the entire telecommunication and IT services market is so diverse that only an expert (economic and technical) can be well up in this field. And this is the reason why we offer auditing and taking care services. We provide our customers with a clear vision, an overview and continuously with a care of a comprehensive portfolio of these services.
We solved the specific case in the company Moore BDR s. r. o.. After the initial meeting with the company’s statutory, we obtained all the necessary documentation to prepare an input analysis of the telecommunication and IT services being currently used. When we met with the company´s statutory to discuss the presentation of this analysis, he showed an interest in learning more, even to set an order for these services. There is no risk.
Basic input analysis is created free of charge and the proposed collaboration agreement declares the zero increase of current costs, including the reward for us as a contractor. Added value for the customer is the care of the whole range of products used after the initial audit. Estimated savings in the present analysis for Moore BDR s. r. o. was in amount of 40% compared to the current cost of these services.
After signing the contract we went to work and gradually implemented the proposed changes. Then the first cost comparison was done. The resultant amount of 44% cost savings for telecommunication and IT services compared to the previous invoiced period confirmed the estimates of the analysis that was proposed. In the next period the savings reached from 50% to 52%.
However, our work did not end here. After the initial audit we took care of the entire portfolio of services, kept monitoring it, designed new solutions, and reported the status on a monthly basis.
The current annual savings for this customer is at the level of several thousands of EUR. At the same time, in the savings package, the customer received the service he had not known before about, and which gave him a clear and comprehensible overview of the IT and telecommunications services he uses.
